Ms. Hsu focuses her practice in the areas of income and transfer tax planning for high net worth families and their affiliated entities, including trusts, partnerships, corporations, and charitable organizations. She advises clients on how to minimize gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes on the transfer of closely held business interests and other family assets. Ms. Hsu also works on corporate structuring for private businesses and probate and trust administration.

Prior to establishing her own practice in 2003, Ms. Hsu was an associate at the world's largest accounting firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers; during this time she researched and consulted corporate tax issues for Fortune 500 companies, such as Starbucks and Boeing.

Ms. Hsu is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association (Trust and Estates Section), and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She was a volunteer attorney at the Lakeview Senior Center in Irvine.

She also has extensive litigation experience, having previously worked at the law firm, Tharpe & Howell, and as an in-house attorney for an insurance company.

Ms. Pham focuses her practice in the area of estate planning including trusts, partnerships, corporations and business transactions. She blends dual professional interests ¡V law and business ¡V and advises clients on legal issues related to their small business. In addition, she assists her clients with personal and professional ventures that require hands-on legal assistance.

Ms. Pham is also a full-time law instructor at a local community college and heads their ABA-approved certificated training program for future paralegals. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Yvonne Hsu, Ms. Pham worked with small businesses and the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Director of the Lead Small Business Development Center at California State University, Fullerton. She continues to speak at public engagements to stay connected with the local business community in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
